Free Intake
Request a free intake to discuss your editing assignment via video conferencing or an appointment within the Rotterdam area. Things you could discuss are your preferred length, style, included music and overall message of your edit.
Please let me know at least 2 dates and time slots during a weekend, when you wish to have this intake. As mentioned, I only edit during the weekends so this detail is important. If you wish to meet up live in Rotterdam, make sure you include details on where you would wish to meet.
Treatment Plan
Before production starts it’s crucial to start with a treatment plan. In this plan you will be informed prior to production what you can expect. Which actions? How many working hours are approximated? What is the scope and what will I deliver as final output? Not to complicate things, instead, making sure you will have full control on the final product.
Your video files / assets can be sent over the internet by uploading these files. Details will be provided. Alternatively you could provide the files on USB stick or a harddrive.
Pricing is based on my standard hour price as you can find below.
Standard editing price per hour: € 49,00
Standard rendering price per hour: € 34,00
For arranging / sorting assets (like downloading/importing your raw footage) the standard editing price per hour applies. This also includes generating a treatment plan and spectating the provided footage. As you can imagine, to fully obtain your assignment I will have to go through all of your assets.
Please note that the treatment plan will include a detailed overview of expected pricing specifications. I will do my best effort to provide you a clear estimation of your final invoice although the final invoice can differ.
Final Video
The first render will be checked by yourself. If you want me to make further ammendments I will do so accordingly. Once you are happy with the outcome, I will make sure that you will receive your specified renders (output video).
You can export in 1080P or 4K, or multiple output resolutions are possible for multiple platforms.
